The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant Job to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized travel planning services, ensuring clients have smooth and enjoyable travel experiences.
This role involves advising clients on travel options, creating tailored itineraries, and managing all aspects of travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Planning and Consultation: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel options, and holiday packages based on client’s preferences and budgets.
- Flight and Accommodation Bookings: Make flight, hotel, and other travel-related bookings using travel booking systems, ensuring all reservations meet client requirements.
- Custom Itineraries: Design personalized travel itineraries, including tours, activities, and experiences tailored to clients’ interests and schedules.
- Client Relations and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing travel inquiries, recommending suitable travel products, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Travel Documentation and Visa Support: Assist clients with visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with travel regulations.
- Collaboration with Vendors and Suppliers: Work closely with travel partners, airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals and options for clients.
- Handling Cancellations and Changes: Manage travel changes or cancellations, including re-bookings, refunds, and modifications, to ensure a hassle-free experience.
- Stay Updated on Trends and Regulations: Keep abreast of industry trends, airline policies, new destinations, and global travel advisories to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant Job or in a similar role within the tourism industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking tools.
- Other Requirements:
- Multilingual abilities (English, Arabic, and/or other languages) are preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE and global travel destinations, particularly key tourist spots.
