PESCO stands for Peshawar Electric Supply Company. FPA:

FC Surcharge:

Deferred Amount:
This is the bill amount that you have the choice to pay in the same month, or later. There are no late payment charges on the deferred bills, and your next bills may include this amount in installments or in full.
