Job Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Inspector job, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of mechanical work on-site. Your duties will include:

Inspection Management:

Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take timely and appropriate action.

Conducted detailed inspections of all mechanical work to ensure installations met contractual obligations and quality standards.

Material Inspection:

Review and respond to Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) from the contractor.

Inspect delivered materials for quantity, technical compliance, and overall quality.

Provide necessary sign-offs and maintain accurate records.

Documentation and Records:

Monitor and follow up on project execution while maintaining comprehensive work documentation.

Ensure all records comply with project requirements and are updated systematically.

Quality Control:

Ensure adherence to project quality control procedures during construction supervision.

Monitor quality control systems for potential improvements and implement necessary enhancements.

HVAC Testing and Commissioning:

Oversee the testing and commissioning of HVAC systems for apartment building projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience:
