Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Technical Training programs, including IIF Training Programs, to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Coordinate with workshop managers to deliver Workshop Operations training across all branches.
- Provide Technical Troubleshooting support to resolve workshop challenges.
- Ensure Safety Compliance by implementing ISO Standards and 5S Policy across all facilities.
- Conduct Safety Inspections to verify safe operation methods and proper equipment usage.
- Prepare training reports, progress updates, and evaluation summaries for the Division Manager.
- Manage Workshop Operations in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
- Organize Product Training and ECO Drive Training for customer drivers.
- Support technical teams in Warranty Support, creating TIRs, and Health Reports.
- Lead and supervise Fleet Care and IDS Activities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobiles, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Automotive Jobs or a similar role.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
- License: Valid UAE driving license.
