Key Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality and compliance throughout the construction process:
- Inspection Oversight:
- Respond to and manage Inspection Requests (IRs) from contractors, ensuring all actions are taken promptly.
- Supervise mechanical work to guarantee installations meet quality control standards and contractual requirements.
- Material Inspection:
- Review Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), verify material quality, and assess compliance with technical standards.
- Approve materials and maintain accurate records of inspections.
- Documentation:
- Monitor project progress, maintain comprehensive records, and follow up as required to ensure flawless execution.
- Quality Control:
- Implement and oversee quality control measures during construction.
- Recommend improvements to enhance overall project quality.
- HVAC System Expertise:
- Conduct Testing & Commissioning of HVAC systems in residential apartment projects, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
