Job Description:

As the HR Manager, you will be pivotal in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and driving HR initiatives to enhance organizational development. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact (POC) for employee relations, resolving conflicts fairly and consistently.
  • Maintaining and updating HR policies & procedures in compliance with UAE labor regulations.
  • Supporting management in organizational development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Handling HR administrative tasks, including leave management, end-of-service settlements, and employee benefits.
  • Leading a team of HR professionals in a workforce of around 100 employees.

Requirements:

  • Nationality: Open to Arabic nationals only
  • Gender: Male
  • Age: 30 to 45 years old
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR, with a strong background in the real estate industry
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing HR functions for a team of ~100 employees

Salary & Benefits:

  • AED 18,000 per month (all-inclusive)
