Job Description

Diamondlease is looking for an experienced Chiller Technician jobs in Dubai to join our facilities management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of chiller systems, ensuring peak performance and energy efficiency across commercial and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot chiller systems and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure system reliability.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Work closely with the engineering team to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
• Maintain detailed service records and provide reports on maintenance activities.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide prompt solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chiller Technician Jobs In Dubai or a similar HVAC/facilities management role.
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Certification/diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts or extended hours when required.
• Valid UAE driving license (advantageous).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
