About the Role
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, offering a competitive salary of up to AED 18,000 per month (all-inclusive).
Key Responsibilities:

✔ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
✔ Maintain and update HR policies in line with UAE labor regulations.
✔ Support organizational development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
✔ Manage HR administrative tasks, including leave management, end-of-service benefits, and employee records.
✔ Lead HR operations for a workforce of around 100 employees.

The ideal candidate will have:
✅ Nationality: Open to Arabic nationals only
✅ Gender & Age: Male, between 30 to 45 years old
✅ Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR, with a strong background in the real estate sector
