Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of infrastructure project cost control, including cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee procurement activities, tender documentation, and contractor selection to support construction procurement jobs workflows.
- Implement and administer FIDIC contract management, ensuring compliance, variation handling, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for major road, civil, and infrastructure works — ideal for candidates seeking a roads and infrastructure QS job UAE.
- Track project expenditures, contractor payments, and claims, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
- Provide cost-related reports and recommendations to the client and project leadership.

Qualifications
