JUB Pacific is seeking experienced Technical Superintendents to oversee the technical management of its offshore fleet. This role involves managing multiple vessels, ensuring high operational reliability, leading maintenance and dry-docking activities, and providing technical support across the fleet.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vessel maintenance, repairs, and performance monitoring.
- Plan and manage dry-docking, special surveys, and vessel reactivation projects.
- Provide fleet-wide support for jacking system operations and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with class, flag state, and international maritime regulations.
- Maintain PMS records, technical documentation, and certification schedules.
- Collaborate closely with onboard crews, contractors, and internal departments.
- Contribute to budgeting, procurement, and long-term project planning.
- Provide technical input for commercial, operational, and engineering queries.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering —
or equivalent maritime experience (Chief Engineer, Naval Architect, Master Mariner). - Demonstrated experience in vessel technical management, dry-docking, or jacking systems.
- Strong understanding of classification society standards, AutoCAD, and PMS software (e.g., NS5).
- Excellent troubleshooting, coordination, and reporting abilities.
- Offshore safety certifications (BOSIET, HUET) preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work offshore when required.
